When Kim starts your session, she accesses information very quickly.

The information available to you is limitless, so Kim suggests you consider jotting down some questions before the appointment to ensure you remember all the topics that are your priorities. 

For example, what are the key questions that are most important to you at this time? Do you want information about your life’s work? Your current career? Your personal life? Creating financial abundance? Health? Your children? Parents? Past lives? Departed loved ones? Best place to live? Pets? Building your intuition? Better hearing your inner voice? To best serve you, Kim can recommend additional questions to ask your angels based on her wealth of experience allowing you even greater clarity about the topics of interest to you. 

The angels around you are consistently providing guidance and direction, and Kim can “hear”, “see”, “sense”, and “feel” what they want to share with you. In your session, Kim connects with both the vibration of your soul and your angels because, in tandem, they have a profound impact on the depth of information and clarity available to you.

Kim can access information and guidance for you without birth dates, photos, personal belongings, or your presence in her office, which makes working with her very simple and convenient!

Kim never withholds any information. Whatever comes through is meant for you at that time. As a channel, she is the pipeline, or conduit, through which your messages flow. In your session, Kim will share everything she "sees", hears”, “senses”, or in any other way intuits.

Kim does not answer questions about fertility or fertility treatments, lottery numbers, the outcome of sporting events, or betting information of any kind for professional gambling purposes.

In addition, Kim no longer works on cases involving missing people or animals, violent crimes, or the suspicion of a crime.

Kim receives information directly from your soul, guardian angels, and departed loved ones...so it doesn't matter if you are face-to-face with her or a world away. This means that no matter where you are she can channel for you.   

The only difference is the amount of time Kim has to answer your questions. If you have more than a few questions, booking at least an hour appointment is advisable. 

Kim does not offer video sessions. All of her sessions are conducted by telephone or through Zoom audio.

Kim channels in-person for audience members at her events and appearances. All of her private sessions are audio and conducted by telephone or Zoom. This convenience allows you the benefits of a reading from the comfort of your home or office...even if you are a world away!

Yes, as long as you have good reception and limited background noise. Kim channels for clients globally so a typical day for her may include speaking with someone in Europe, the UK, Russia, Australia, Japan, Scandinavia, Kuwait, and in many other locations.

Kim has found that, for her, an office landline works best when she's conducting a session because service is more predictable.  

(Please note that Kim's landline, 281-651-1599, is unable to receive texts.)  

Kim offers a complimentary MP3 audio recording sent by email on the day of the appointment.

Please be advised that she cannot guarantee the recording. Although she goes through careful procedures to produce a recording for you, there are those (very infrequent) times when nothing, or incomplete/imperfect audio, is captured. If this is a major consideration, the best option is for you to record the reading on your end as well.

There is no additional fee if you choose to have other people listening in. Kim is not distracted by their presence in any way. Please be advised, however, that only you, her client, have the opportunity to ask questions.

Yes, but the questions must pertain to the same subject. For example: siblings asking about the health of a parent; a couple asking about selling a home; parents asking about their children; or partners asking about a new business venture, etc.

No, typically Kim will have another session scheduled behind yours. If you want more time, you are welcome to book another session on a different date.

Your only limitation in a private session with Kim is the amount of time you booked for the appointment. At the start of each session, Kim always recommends that you begin with the most important questions first. She accesses information very quickly and she makes every effort to answer as many of your questions as possible; but, in the event that you do not get all of your questions addressed, you can book another appointment.

Please note: Kim does not answer any additional questions after a session is completed.

Yes! Conducting a session about infants and small children is a joy for Kim.

You can ask about why the child chose you as a parent (or grandparent, aunt/uncle, adoptive parent, etc.); why the child has a special bond with certain family members; the child's favorite colors/foods/music; inborn gifts, talents, and abilities; the challenges or issues the child may face and how you can help; the best kind of schooling; the child's life's work; health and nutrition; and any other questions that are important to you.

Yes, but if an individual is under 18 an adult family member must also be present during the whole duration of the reading. 

Yes. Kim channels information and messages about animals whether living here on earth or having already made their transition to the Other Side.

She also conducts sessions for veterinarians and professionals at zoos, aquariums, farms, stables, and animal refuges.

Allow your inner voice to guide you in regard to the timing or frequency of your sessions. 

During times of high stress or challenge, you might want to seek guidance more often. You are the best judge of the timing of your private sessions.

One of Kim's goals is to help clients develop greater confidence and empowerment through learning to trust in their own intuitive instincts...so while Kim does not recommend a flurry of recurrent appointments, she is here when needed.

During a private session, the timing described is a spiritual “snapshot” of what your angels or departed loved ones forecast based upon all of the dynamics that are taking place in your life at the time of the appointment.

Please note that because the earthly plane is always in patterns of change, any information about time frames presented in a reading is subject to change. Expect shifts to occur.

A shift in timing does not mean that a particular event or specific goal will not eventually occur. 

It's important to remember that a delay is not necessarily a denial from the Universe! 

English is Kim's only language. However, she has conducted numerous sessions for non-English-speaking individuals who had someone translate. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to Kim's office. 

Kim does not offer that service at this time.

Kim is happy to reschedule your session at no additional fee if you provide 24-hour notice.

Please be advised that if you miss an appointment without giving notice, your appointment fee is forfeited.

• If you need to reschedule, use the same confirmation link you received when you booked the session. Or, you can reach out to Kim's office: 281-651-1599. (Please note that rescheduling must take place 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.)
• Kim must have 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment, or payment will be forfeited.
• If for any reason a client fails to contact Kim at the time of the scheduled session, payment is forfeited, No exceptions.
• If a refund is requested, Kim must have at least 24 hours before a channeling session for her to issue a full refund. (For Monday appointments, refund requests have to be made before 5:00 PM CST on the previous Friday.)
• No refunds are given after a session is completed. No exceptions.
